In the description of the festival they say “With the world population increasing, imminent energy and natural resources crises” They seem to be dismissing Peter Diamandis’s “Abundance” and Kurzweil’s eminent technology solutions. I believe the real problem in the long run will be one of economics and politics, not resources or population. I hope they consider those possibilities too.
